Datuk Tee Siew Kiong

Datuk Tee Siew Kiong brings over 30 years of experience in public administration, corporate governance, and regional collaboration. He previously served as a Johor State Executive Councillor (EXCO), overseeing the Tourism, Trade and Consumer Affairs portfolio, and later as an Advisor to the Chief Minister of Johor. Throughout his public service career, he played an active role in policy formulation, public administration, and regional economic development, gaining extensive expertise in government affairs, public policy, and cross-sector coordination.

Following his transition from public office, Datuk Tee has dedicated himself to corporate governance and industrial development. He currently serves in several key leadership positions, including:

● Independent Non-Executive Chairman – Ge-Shen Corporation Berhad
● Independent Non-Executive Director – Tex Cycle Technology (M) Berhad
● Non-Executive Director – Kaifa Technology Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (a wholly owned
subsidiary of Shenzhen Kaifa Technology Co., Ltd.)

Datuk Tee is also the founder of the ASEAN Shared Development Chamber of Commerce (ASDCC) and the Common Good International Foundation, while serving as an advisor to various educational institutions and international organisations. He has long been committed to promoting industrial collaboration, educational exchange, and investment opportunities between Malaysia, China, and Southeast Asia.

As Chairman of TEE2 Holdings, Datuk Tee leverages his extensive government and business network, strategic leadership, and cross-border resource integration capabilities to drive the Group’s growth across property development, industrial investment, education, and digital technology. His vision continues to strengthen regional partnerships and position the Group as a competitive investment platform with international aspirations.

Mr Tee Eng Joo

Mr. Tee Eng Joo graduated from the College of Estate Management, United Kingdom, with a Diploma in General Surveying Practice. He possesses more than 30 years of experience in property development, project management, and real estate consultancy, making him one of Johor’s most respected property professionals.

In 1996, he founded APRE Consulting Sdn. Bhd., providing comprehensive consultancy services in project planning, development advisory, project management, sales strategy, and marketing for property developers. Over the years, he has been involved in numerous landmark developments across Johor, earning extensive expertise in project positioning, development management, and market strategy.

His notable project portfolio includes The Astaka, Twin Galaxy Residence, Optimus Medini, Bandar Alam Masai, Ponderosa Regency, and SA88 Senai Idaman Industrial Park, covering high-rise residential developments, mixed-use projects, commercial properties, and industrial parks.

Mr. Tee also served as Executive Director of Axteria Group Berhad, where he oversaw sales, marketing strategy, and business development. Today, he provides strategic guidance to TEE2 Holdings in project planning, development strategy, and market positioning, helping the Group maximise project value and strengthen its competitive advantage.

Mr. James Tee

Managing Director

Mr. James Tee graduated from the University of Adelaide, Australia, with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. His engineering background provides him with strong analytical thinking, systems planning, and project management capabilities.

Early in his career, James was involved in government-related initiatives in Johor, gaining valuable insights into government operations, regulatory processes, and public-private collaboration. This experience laid a solid foundation for his subsequent work in industrial development and project execution.

Since entering the property and asset management sector in 2022, James has played a leading role in the Group’s planning and execution of numerous projects, including the restoration and revitalisation of heritage shophouses in Gelang Patah, commercial developments in Pekan Nanas, property management, and parking asset operations. These projects have strengthened his expertise in project execution, asset optimisation, and commercial development.

As Managing Director and Executive Director across several Group companies, James oversees property development, commercial operations, and industrial investment initiatives. Combining engineering discipline with fresh perspectives and practical experience, he is committed to driving innovation while integrating modern management practices with traditional industries to build sustainable, long-term value.

Mr. Nicholas Tee

Mr. Nicholas Tee graduated from the University of Bristol, United Kingdom, with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Accounting. He possesses a solid foundation in economics, financial analysis, corporate finance, and business strategy.

Upon graduation, Nicholas gained experience in commercial development at Forest City Johor before joining KPMG Malaysia as an Audit Associate. During his tenure, he worked with clients across multiple industries, developing practical expertise in corporate operations, financial reporting, business analysis, and advisory services.

In 2025, Nicholas founded GoodNet, where he serves as Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, the company delivers digital business solutions through SaaS platforms, e-commerce technologies, AI-powered marketing tools, and digital transformation services, enabling SMEs to strengthen their competitiveness and accelerate business growth.

As Executive Director of TEE2 Holdings, Nicholas is responsible for corporate strategy, business operations, digital transformation, and new business development. Combining financial expertise with digital innovation and a forward-looking management approach, he is focused on integrating technology with traditional industries to enhance competitiveness and create sustainable long-term value.

Ms. Josephine Lim

Ms. Josephine Lim graduated from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics. She has accumulated extensive experience in corporate operations, investment facilitation, treasury management, and strategic project coordination.

Josephine previously held several management positions at Country Garden Pacificview Sdn. Bhd. (Forest City Johor), where she was involved in industrial investment, treasury and financial management, and strategic development. Her responsibilities included cash flow management, financing coordination, investment project execution, and cross-agency collaboration, providing her with valuable experience in managing large-scale developments.

Prior to joining TEE2 Holdings, she served as Executive Assistant to the President and Head of Administration at Grand Oils & Foods (PG) Sdn. Bhd., overseeing operational support, strategic project coordination, and internal management improvements, further strengthening her expertise in corporate governance and executive management.

As Chief Operating Officer of TEE2 Holdings, Josephine oversees the Group’s overall operations, cross-functional coordination, and strategic project implementation. Drawing on her experience in treasury planning, government relations, business partnerships, and project execution, she plays a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring the successful execution of the Group’s strategic objectives.
