Rambah Eco Resort

Located along the coastal area of Rambah, Johor, the approximately 5-acre development enjoys a prime natural setting adjacent to Muzium Bugis, a popular waterfront recreational park, and local camping grounds, offering excellent eco-tourism potential.

The Group plans to develop an integrated eco-resort that combines nature, leisure, hospitality, and business events. Designed to cater to weddings, corporate retreats, team-building programmes, eco-tourism, and recreational activities, the project aims to become a signature resort destination in western Johor.

Gelang Patah Heritage Revitalisation Project

Situated within the century-old heritage town of Gelang Patah, this approximately 7-acre project is strategically located next to the Gelang Patah Bus Terminal and serves as an important gateway between Johor and Singapore, offering strong potential for cultural tourism and commercial revitalisation.

The project will be developed in phases, preserving the town's historical architecture and cultural identity while upgrading public amenities and tourism infrastructure. The vision is to transform the area into a vibrant heritage destination that integrates cultural experiences, tourism, dining, retail, and community activities.
